I found this especially interesting because of a discussion I've been involved in on and off over the last few weeks regarding the legality of a search company, such as Yahoo, "hard coding" their serps for certain terms. That discussion is taking place over at DP and can be found here. The thread started off as a "can you ban a competitor thread", but started shifting focus around page 11.
