Some forum owners swear by it, other swear about it:-)
Starting a forum can be difficult and forum owners have tried just about every idea and concept available to boost activity at their forums in the early days. Some forums pay people to post just when they are getting started, other forums with hundreds of thousands of even millions of posts continue to pay for posts on a regular basis.
